Abstract: According designing field experiment of two factors and four levels for nitrogen(N) and potassium(K) in winter wheat, this paper analyzed the effect relationship between N and K fertilization in winter wheat in middle-high fertilizer loamy soil environment by the method of piecewise analytic function. The result indicated that the application of N and K are of obviously promotion effect for the releases of available N and available K,and the intensity of the effects are of differences in different soil profiles depth and different fertilization ranges.in 0-20cm depth cultivable soil profile layer. In depth of 0-20cm is larger than 20-40cm.In the depth of 0-20cm,in middle-high fertilizer soil, when N rate is over 300kg/hm2 the promotion effect of N fertilizer to the release of mineralized K in soil quickly accelerated with the increasing of N rates;when K rate is over 150kg/hm2 and in the range of 150-225kg/hm2,the promotion effect of K fertilizer to the release of mineralized N in soil quickly accelerated with the increasing of K rates.
