Effect Studies of Environment and Ecological Conditions on Wheat Quality

Abstract

Abstract: A lot of research results summarized in this paper confirm that the environmentand ecological condition have important effects on wheat quality.It is suggested that thedifference of wheat quality is greater in environments than in varieties,the climate conditionis a main factor effecting the wheat quality,and the regional difference of wheat quality iscaused by the comprehensive actions of environment and ecological condition.The study onthe wheat quality regionalization carried out on the base of wheat quality distribution law willbe important in both theory and practise,and some tentative ideas have been also proposedfor strengthening wheat quailty ecology research in future.
