Abstract: In order to identification of a Actinomycetes G1,and to study the growth-promoting effect on oilseed rape and Brassica chinensis.Using 16S rDNA universal primers for G1 part genome amplification.Sequencing and comparison of amplification sequences.Get the G1 spores by solid-state fermentation, and the G1 spores were added to the cultivation of rape and Brassica chinensis in pot.Planting 50 days, rape and Brassica chinensis were determined the fresh weight, dry weight and SPAD value. The G1 strain was identified as Freund's streptomyces. In rape potted plant experiment, add 0.2 g G1 spores, compared with the control group, fresh weight, dry weight, and SPAD highest values were increased 43.9%,19.2%,6.2% respectively. In Brassica chinensis pot experiment, the highest values were increased 28.8%,29.5%,4.0% respectively. Freund's streptomyces G1 obviously promote the growth of rape and Brassica chinensis. It has great potential application value.
