Abstract: Three kinds of molecular markers, including RAPD,RGA and SRAP were employed to differentiate 10 cherry tomato varieties. In this study,29 polymorphic loci were produced by 14 RAPD primers,10 polymorphic loci by one RGA primer pairs, and 5 polymorphic loci by one SRAP primer pairs. The informative loci by each primer or primer pair were used to identify 10 cherry tomato varieties, respectively. It showed that the RGA and SRAP marker were more effective. To distinguish the 10 varieties,two-primer-combinations were tested.Primer-combination S311 and PK1+PK2 can identify the 10 cherry tomato varieties effectively and produces specific fingerprint of each varieties.More over, cluster tree can indicate the real relationship between varieties when more polymorphic loci were employed, otherwise the result will be nonsense.
