Abstract: In order to specify the genetic relationship of 110 maize inbred lines, better use of and improve maize inbred lines, four key inbred lines representing 4 heterotic groups (Dan 340,Huangzao 4,Mo17,K12)were used dominantly in China and 106 ordinary maize inbred lines were selected for the genetic diversity analysis by SSR Markers 28 SSR primers were selected. The results showed that 125 alleles were detected in there inbred lines, bands,an average of 4.46 alleles per primer, variation of 2-10 alleles for each primer, mean polymorphic information content of 0.85 and its range from 0.75 to 0.94 were detected. The 110 inbred lines were divided into 6 groups by UPGMA method.

Key words: Maize inbred line, Simple sequence repeat, Heterotic group
