Genetic Relationship Analysis of Flowering Chinese Cabbage Germplasm Resources by RAPD

Abstract: In this study,RAPD markers were used to analyze genetic relationships of 31 flowering Chinese cabbage accessions.Fifteen primers with excellent reproducibility and 66 bands were obtained totally,43 of these were polymorphism bands,and the polymorphism rate was 65.15%.The genetic distance of flowering Chinese cabbage germplasm resources were between 0.046 5 and 0.526 1,and the genetic similarity coefficients were between 0.590 9 and 0.954 5.The systematical cluster analysis conducted with UPGMA showed that 31 accessions were grouped into 4 clusters at coefficients 0.74.There were differences compared with traditional classification.
