Abstract: In this experiment,we studied the growth and physiological changes of cucumber seedlings by different storage temperatures(15℃/1 ℃,12℃/9℃)under low light stress, and greenhouse condition was set as the control. rhe result showed that the cucumber seedlings treated under 12℃/9℃ had less increase in dry weight.the ratio of root/shoot changed slowly, root activity had the d of delay than the other two treatments, and chlorophyll content was higher than that treated under 15℃ /12.C.When the seedlings were transplanted to the field.the plantlets treated under 12.C/9℃had faster growth.higher survival rate and earlier flowering time The current study indicated that the optimal storage temperature for the cucumber seedlings was 120C/9.C.
