Abstract: To study the structure and function of ERF,one pairs specific primers were designed, then a new gene AmERF was isolate and cloned from Ammopiptanthus mongolicus genome by PCR technology based on analysis of cDNA Libraries and EST of AmERF. The results indicated that the full-length of AmERF DNA was 899 bp,without intron, had an open reading frame of 633 bp,encoding a predicated polypeptide of 211 amino acids with a molecular weight of 23. 2 kDa and a calculated pI of 8. 2. The study of AmERF gene in the process of biotic stress could provide effective candidate genes for resistance breeding of crop.
