Polymorphism of BMPR-IB Gene in Hu Sheep,Han Sheep,Dorper Sheep and Their Hybrids

Abstract

Abstract: Polymorphism of Bone morphogenetic protein receptor IB( BMPR-IB) gene in Hu sheep( Hu),Han sheep( Ha),Dorper sheep( D) and their hybrids were detected by PCR-RFLP.The genotype frequencies( BB,B + and + + ) are 0.909,0.091 and 0,0.563,0.437 and 0,0,1.00 and 0,0,0.875 and 0.125( D × Hu),and 0,0.786 and 0.214( D × Ha), respectively．
