Abstract: The information of QTLs relevant to yield trait in the database about maize(Zea mays L.) were collected through bioinformatics tools, and the consensus map was constructed with the aid of high-density genetic linkage map IBM 2005 Neighbors and the adjacent molecular markers to each QTL. The consensus map covered a total of 18 indicators involving four categories traits such as dry matter and starch yield,grain-related traits, seed weight as well as earrelated traits. We also compared the genes distributed in QTL densely covered area with the sequence of genes in rice (Oryza sativa L.)by the means of BLAST,and searched a gene AY109876 which has high homology with gh2,a gene related with the synthesis of lignin of rice. The route of filtrate functional candidate gene by bioinformatics tools has been improved too.
