Abstract: In this study,by PCR amplification with the genomic DNA of three mapping parents,940 SSRs primers were tested for analysis their versatility and polymorphism in melon, cucumber and watermelon. The results indicated that these SSR primers had some versatility in the above crops. The minimum SSR transferability was higher than 24 %,show-ing some similarity in the genome of these crops. But these SSR primers also had strongly genus specialty, their polymor-phism level was very low,the ratio of common polymorphism SSR primers among these crops was lower than 1 %.
