Abstract: 525 pairs of common wheat SSRs primers distributed in the total genomes of T. aestivum were used to identify the transferability in Thanopyrum intermedaum and to analyze the genetic relationship between T. aestivum Thinopyrum intermedaum. The results were、follows: 202 pairs SSRs primers amplified polymorphism between T.aestivum and Thancpyrum intermedium, which polymorphic percentage was 38.4%.And the polymorphic is percentage between T. aestivum on genome A, B, D and Thanopyrum intermedaum was 34.6%, 36.9% and 42.2% respectively. These resups showed that wheat SSRs pruners can be used in Tlanopyrum intermedaum; the genetic relationship between T. aestiwum on genome D and Thancpyrum intermedaum was far than that of on genome A, B, which indicated that therewas genetic differentiation within T. aestivum genome A, B, and D.
