Abstract: The influences on yield and quality of major cultural techniques in hard wheat were studied by field experiment for 4 years. The results showed that the model of n fertilizer for Hard Wheat, higher in jointing than in seedtime and spike-time,was beneficial for high yield as well as quality.N fertilizer elevated prominently stability time and protein as well as wet gluten, especially in fleld of lower soil fertilizer. On the other way,P and K fertilizer reduced them. The quality of hard wheat was elevated with the number of irrigation.Optimal irrigation model was just jointing water of whole grows stages.Praying germicides elevated distinctively 1000-grains weight, and quality of grain was not influenced when spraying bactericide 1 time in flowering stage, but reduced when spraying bactericide 3 times in heading and flowering and grain-filling stage.
