Optimization of SSR Condition on Cucumber

Abstract: In this study,we optimizatied SSR condition on cucumber. In 25 μL PCR reaction,0.2 mmol/L Mg2+;0.2 mmol/L dNTP;lU Taq polymerase,30 ng primer 5 ng/μL DNA are the best. It will have high resolution in polyacylamide gels electrophoresis.
