Abstract: By means of N, P, K quadratic rotational combination design, a three-factor (N, P, K) experiment was conducted in solar greenhouse. A quadratic regression model of tomato's growth and yield to the dose N,P, K fertilizers was established. The model is highly significant and well fit.By resolving the model, the response of the tomato growth and yield to each single fertilizer element and the interaction effects among N, P and K elements were investigated. The results showed that fertilizer application significantly influence the tomato's growth and yield, while N is the most important factor, there is interaction among three factors to growth and yields, the interaction between N and K is the most significant.
