Abstract: Through investigation, isolation and identification,we found that the dominant pathogens of turfgrass root disease in Zhengzhou area were Drechslera graminea?Rhizoctonia solani?Fusarium spp..The virulence of 10 kinds of fungicides was tested to those pathogens, and the results indicated that diniconazole and propiconazole violently inhibited the hypha growth of Drechslera graminea and Rhizoctonia solani. Their EC50 to Drechslera graminea were all 0.03μg/mL,E90 were 0.25μg/mL and 0.98μg/mL respectively;Their EC50 to Rhizoctonia solani were 0.11μg/mL and 0.47μg/mL,EC90 were 78.06μg/mL and 3.97μg/mL respectively.PCNB and thiram inhibited violently Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium sp,respectively. The plot test indicated that 12.5% diniconazole WP 1000×、40% cotton seedling protective formulation WP 500×、40% pentacide WP 500× and 25% propiconazole EC 1000× had the better control effect to turfgrass root disease, the effects were all more than 50%.
