Studies on the Primary Factors for the Developments of Wheat Sharp Eyespot (Rhizoctonia cerealis)in Henan Province

Abstract: The results showed that the developments of wheat sharp eyespot were closely related to the early sowing, close planting, excessive nitrogen fertilizer application, planting susceptible varieties and the diurnal mean temperature (>10℃) in wheat jointing stage.The above factors leaded to high incidence of this disease in Henan province in 1989~1993.
