The Experiment of Pelleting Boar Frozen Semen

Abstract

Abstract: This Study Supplied the formula of dilution and the technological process for pelleting hoar frogen semen, they were simple, convenient,practical and cheap cost,and the conception effect was higher.This experiment studied various targets (physiology and biochemistry) of boar semen in frozing storaged proccess (pH, the activity of GOT and the changes of the sperm acrosomal, and so on ),obtained useful and basic data.The main technical targets were as follows: the average sperm motility rate of the frozen semen after thaw 0.35～0.40 degree, the conception rate 66.66% and the litter size 8.14.
