Abstract

Abstract: Sheep red cell dealed with Glutaraldehyde solution is sensitized by the antigen of swine infectious atrophicrhinitis to detect the antibody against swine infectious atrophic rhinit is pneumonia by indirect haemagglutination test,showing sensitivity, specificity and repetition.The best antigen concentration is 100 g/ mL.The serum is positive if antibody 1.8??The serum is negative if antibody 1.4??The method is brief and fit for use extensively.
