Abstract: To obtain labeled E^rns protein of classical swine fever virusthe coding region of E^rns and green fluores-cent protein ( GFP) was fused by genetic engineering technique，and expressed in cells according to the manual ofBacoac baculovirus expression system. The results of Western Blot analysis and fluorescence microscopy show thatthe fused proteins were successfully expressed with spontaneous green fluorescent. The established method of obtainingthe labeled protein will be helpful for further exploring the structure and function of E^rns protein.
