Abstract: 90 pigs (Large white×Landrace) weighed 20-30.0 kg (barrow:gilt=1:1) were allotted randomly into 5 treatments with 3 replicates per treatment and 6 pigs per replicate to study the effects of different calcium-phosphorus ratio in diets with low phosphorus level and added phytase on the growth performance and serum biochemical indices of growing swines. The results showed that the performances of growing swine were the best when calcium is 1.4-1.0:1, the ADG and ADFI increased by 8.4% and 10.8%, respectively, compared with control group (P<0.05). The serum biochemical indices indicated that the best calcium-phosphorus ratio was 1.4:1.
