提高冬小麦花粉植株加倍结实率的研究

摘要: 于1992年11月29日将单倍体绿苗从试管中取出,一次完成加倍和移栽。翌年2月21日和3月3日分别将冬前移栽成活并处于分蘖期的单倍体植株加倍。结果显示,上述三个不同加倍时期对植株的生长发育有如下影响:(1)株高依次为54.24cm、44.85cm、37.50cm;(2)单株穗数依次为13.03、7.39、4.56穗;(3)株粒数依次为267.1、73.7、69.3粒。讨论了加倍、移栽一次完成致使植株较高、单株穗数多、株粒数和穗粒数多的原因。

Abstract: Haploid plants of winter wheat were treated with colchicine on November 29 and February 11, 21, and March 3, respectively.The results of development of haploid plants with different doubling times were as follows; (l)the average plant heights were 54.24,51.67,44.85 and 37.50 cm at the four doubling times, repectively; (2) the spike numbers per plant were 13.03,7.13,7.39 and 4.56;(3)the grain numbers per plant were 267.1,106.6,73.7 and 69.30.The reasons of taller plant heights, more numbers of spikes and grains per plant resulted from earlier doubling treatment were discussed.
