冬小麦抗旱高产品种鲁麦13号的选育

摘要: 运用基因─性状概念,以日本品种小罂粟作为半矮秆株型的Rht1、Rht2-矮生基因源,以智利的欧柔、罗马尼亚的洛夫林13等为早熟、抗病基因的供体,以本地高产品种白蚰包麦为丰产基因的供体,采用多亲本渐近杂交法与水旱地鉴定法,育成了抗旱高产品种鲁麦13号。经良种良法配套后,在非灌溉条件下创造厂亩产616.3kg的记录,耗水系数为0.6838mm/亩·kg.

Abstract: In accordance with the conception of gene-character, a winter wheat variety "Lu mai 13"with high-yield and drought-resistance was bred by means of the gradual advance crossing of multiple parents and the identifying method in dry and irrigated land.The parents are Japanese variety Kokeshi-komuzi as the source of short stalk gene, i.e.,Rht1and Rht2,Chilean variety Orofen,Romanian variety Lovrin 13 etc.as the supplies of early-maturing and disease-resistant genes,and an indigenous high-yield variety"Bat You Bao"as the supply of the high-yield gene.This variety gave a yield of 9.25T/ha in the nonirrigated land under fine cultivation.This is a breakthrough in the breeding of drought-resistant varieties of winter wheat.
