Abstract: During 2007-2008,mycofloras in eggs of the soybean cyst nematode(SCN),Heterodera glycines, were investigated in 122 fields from 38 counties in Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning province,China.Sucrose gradient centrifugation and morphological and molecular identification of hngi technology were used. The results showed that, 3 937 strains of fungi isolated and identified 24 genera from the nematode.Paecilomyces spp.,Verticillium spp.and Fusarium spp.were accounted for 37.9%,14.2%and 7.4%,respectively.Paecilomyces spp.and Fusarium spp. were the dominant species in Heilongjiang Province, while Verticillium spp.was the dominant colonizing fungi in Liaoning and Jilin.More than 5 years of continuous cropping soybean field soil samples17 were examined, the dominant eolonizing fungi was Paecilomyces lilacinus in 10 fields,Verticilium chlamydosporium in 6 fields,Fusarium spp.in 1 field.
