Dynamic Change of the Quantities of Different Mulching Methods on the Soil Microbe in Rhizosphere of Flue-cured Tobacco

Abstract: A study was conducted on the effect of different mulching methods on the soil microbe in rhizosphere of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that all treatments compare with natural planting could obviously more or less increase the number of the microbe during the longer period except the N-fixing bacteria,The method that plastic film covered at the early plant growth stage of flue-cured tobacco, and straw covered after uncovered the plastic film at the late plant growth stage was propitious to the multiplication and stabilization of microbial population in rhizosphere of flue-cured tobacco.
