Amplified Polymorphism Analysis of a P450 Gene in Rice cDNA

Abstract

Abstract: P450 cDNA amplified pofimophism analysis in rice for the different drugs under salt stress. It was obviousmorphological characteristics by different drug treament conditions. Drug cyclosporinc A (CsA )with rice cytochrome P450genes CYP709 (NM-001066006)loss 430 by band may be NM-001066006 gene and NM-001066009 gene. Exon causedby alternative splicing, which showed functional genes amplified polymorphism.
