Abstract: For filtrating endophytic bacteria and its inhibition on Clavbacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis, one hundred and eighty -six endophytic bacterium strains were isolated from the stems of healthy tomato plants collected from some cities( counties) of Inner Mongolia at the fruiting stage1According to the test of inhibiting the growth of Clavbacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis, seven strains have antagonistic activity against the plant pathogen1The results showed that BM -31, BM -18, BM -14, BT -10, BT -9, BT -7, BT -3were classified as Microbacterium spp. ;QB -22,QB -8 were class- i fied as Pseudomonas spp. according to them morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16 S rDNA sequence analysis.
