Abstract: The genetic diversity and genetic relationships among ten accessions of Hexaploid Triticale and one accession of wheat and rye were evaluated by RAPD markers.Totally 385 bands were detected with 10 primers, with the average of 38.5.384 polymorphic bands were detected, representing of 99.74% of polymorphic bands(PPB).8 to 71 polymorphic bands were generated by each primer.Among 12 material, the RAPD-based genetic distance(RAMP-GD) ranged from 0.724 to 0.833,with a mean of 0.77.UPGMA cluster analysis showed that these accessions could be divided into three groups. The results provide a theoretical basis for transferring fine genes from Hexaploid Triticale to wheat.
