Resistance to Blast Disease Analysis of Cultivated Rice Obtained from Introduced DNA from Wide Rice

Abstract: The genomic DNA of wide rice was introduced into the Ningxia cultivated rice(NX23,NX16)by pollen tube pathway technique.New germplasm of resistance improment and 163 mutant with obviously change of morphology were obtained.Resistance to blast disease of 22 materias were idetified in all growth phrases.4 materias are widely resistance.Tow of them(2005D3-136,2005D3-60)super to their received materias in agriculture morphology and resistance.
