Abstract: The constant temperiture experiment and pot experiment have been conducted for studying effects of organic manure on Zn,Mn in soils. The main results are summaried as follows: 1 Pig manure, cow manure and corn straw are good fertilizers for providing plants with Zn and Mn nutrients.2 The application of organic manure can increase the availabilities of Zn and Mn in soils. The increase of DTPA Zn,Mn maily lie in two aspects:one is O.M.(organic manure) with DTPA-Zn,Mn,another is activation of O.M.on original non avilable Zn and Mn when incubation of O.M.with soils.Organic acids can eomplex or disolve Zn,change of soil redox can increase DTPA -Mn of soils 3 O.M.can increase the amount of absorbed Zn,Mn in plants and reduce the fixation of zinc fertilizer in soils.
