Preparation and Characterization of Monoclonal Antibody to PRV -FA Strain

Abstract

Abstract: The purified psudorabies virus strain FA(PRV -A)was inoeulated to Balb/c mice.Two m -onoclonal hybridona cell named 4G9E9 and 4H9G9 lines which were able to stably exerete monoclonal antibodies against PRV were produced by means of hybridoma technique and indirect ELISA detection.The indirect ELISA titer of culture supernatant and ascites were 1∶6 400,1∶12 800 and 1∶12 800,1∶25 600.All these monoclonal antibodies didn′t react with HCV,JEV,PRRSV and PPV.These results could be used to develop diagnostic methods for detection of PRV antigen as well as to investigate protein function of PRV.
