Effect of Top-dressing on Grain Protein Content and Formation to Varietal Difference of Spring Wheat

Abstract: The pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of different methods of the same quantity nitrogen (N0.28 g/kg)of the brown soil on spring wheat yield, protein content and formation in May of 2005 in the Shenyang AgriculturalUniversity fertilizer long-term station.The result showed that the nitrogen basal fertilize to be advantageous to thewheat yield enhancement under the same nitrogen conditions, along with fertilize the nitrogen time after to extend, theyield assumed the drop tendency, equally drops 26.44%.The result of the influence of nitrogen fertilizer applicationmethod on the spring wheat yield protein content and components was like this:fertilize the nitrogen time along with thespring wheat after to extend, in the grain protein content assumes the growth the tendency, equally increases by6.86%,Dingxi 29 increased by 48.7%;The albumen and the globulin content was the highest under the fertilization at thebasal fertilize and at the tillering, jointing and heading stages, it was 4.09% and 0.36% respectively;But the alcoholsouble and the alkali souble content was highest than other fertilize nitrogen application methods at the basal fertilize andtiller stage, it achieved the highest level which was 5.36% and 4.16%.Various proteins components in the protein assignmentperformance was:The albumen and the alkali souble comparative content achieve biggest than others at thebasal fertilize and tillering stages,which accounts for 18.90% and 20.10% respectively;But the globulin and the alcoholcomparative content in four kinds of fertilize nitrogen application, along with fertilize the nitrogen time after to extend assumed reduce tendency, respectively 53.37% and 28.84%.
