Analysis and Evaluation on Nutritive Quality Indicators of Different Genotypes Radish

Abstract: Eleven radish variet ies were used in order to evaluate the nutritive quality on the basis of analysing the apparent form index, the results showed that the synthesize nutrition quality of Banyeweiqing and Cuilushuiguo is the best, which of Degaoqing,Weixianqing and Jiaoshudaqing is better.
