Abstract: Genetic linkage map of maize groups based on RILs was developed by using simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers. The genetic map contained 101 positions, covered with 1396.2 cM in genome of maize, and the average distance was 13.81 cM. The plant height and yield of RIL lines under irrigation and drought condition were primarily mapped. Under irrigation condition, 3 QTL positions controlled plant height and 3 QTL positions controlled yield were detected. Under drought condition, 5 QTL positions controlled plant height and 3 QTL positions controlled yield were detected. QTL positions were different under different water condition, and 1 relatively stable QTL position was found. The aim of this study was to provide more support for genetics analysis of maize drought tolerance and its molecular marker assistance selection.
