Effects of "906" Growth Regulator on Functions of Peritoneal Macrophages in Chicken

Abstract

Abstract: The effects of "906" growth regulator on the function of peritoneal macrophages (M }) in chicken were observed in the experiment. The M ∫ phagocytosis ratio(35.3%), phagocytosis index (1.65±0.5) and Fc receptor erythrocyte rosettle (39.7%)in the test group showed more significant differences than the control group(27.7%,1.25±0. 15,31% respectively),but there were no significant differences on M ∫ random migration between the test group (12.19±2. 65)and the control group(11.31±3.O1). The "906" growth regulator could improve the function of peritoneal M ∫ in chicken remarkably. It was concluded that the effects of the "806" growth regulator may be related with brassinolide(BR).
