Abstract: To screen the concentration of brassinolide which can significantly promote the photosynthesis and the synthesis of anthocyanins in bean pods. The pot experiment was carried out. Two seaweed bean varieties, Zijiadou(A1)and Ziyujiadou(A2), were set with five brass concentrations B1:CK, B2:0.05 mg/L, B3:0.10 mg/L, B4:0.15 mg/L and B5:0.20 mg/L, 10 treatments of were used to study the effects of different concentrations of brassinin on photosynthetic characteristics and anthocyanin synthesis of bean pods. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and chlorophyll content of kidney bean treated with A1B2 were the best, which were significantly different from the control, and increased by 23%, 21%, respectively. The transpiration rate(Tr)of treatment A1B5 was the most significant, which increased by 59.7% compared with the control. The total flavonoids content of treatment A2B3 was the highest, which was significantly different from that of the control, increasing by 40.24%.The treatment of A1B3 had the best proanthocyanidin content.Compared with the control group, the content increased by 72.4%.The anthocyanin content of A2B3 treatment was the best, and there was a significant difference between A2B3 and the control; The anthocyanin content of A1B3 treatment was the best, and there was a significant difference between A1B3 and the control, and the content increased by 90.07%.In summary, exogenous brassinolide had significant effects on net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and chlorophyll content of bean, and brassinolide concentrations B2 and B5 had the best effects, and the promotion effect was the most obvious.Exogenous brassinolide had significant effects on total flavonoids, procyanidins, anthocyanins and anthocyanins in kidney bean pods, and brassinolide concentration B3 had significant effects on all cultivars, is the optimal concentration.
