Abstract: It was analyzed the phylogenetic relationships among Fusarium strains for the soil diversity of Fusarium species in western Henan province. The species diversity on Fusarium of field soil in western Henan province?was analyzed by methods of morphological modern molecular biology. It was obtained nine species of Fusarium?through the identification. There are?F. oxysporum,F. semitectum,F. verticillioides,F. graminearum,F. proliferatum,F. acumininatum,F. equiseti,F. thapsinum and F. solani. Phylogenetic analysis showed that 18S rDNA-ITS and?EF-1α gene sequences showed homology and the genetic polymorphism. 18S rDNA-ITS gene sequence analysis?showed that F verticillioides,F. proliferatum and F. thapsinum which belonged to Liseola Fusarium fungi species?presenced high homology. The performance can not be correct to manifest the classification of the Fusarium species.?Elongation factor EF-1α gene sequences better demonstrated the relationship of the tested strains between the species level. It indicated that elongation factor EF-1α gene sequences exist more abundant species polymorphisms than?18S rDNA-ITS gene sequence. It can be more better to show the relationship between the level of Fusarium species.
