Abstract: To evaluate the prevalence of PBoV in healthy pig in different age, primers targeting to partial NS1 gene of PBoV1/2 and VP1 gene of PBoV3/4/5 were designed based on the analysis of PBoV sequences from GenBank.Total 430 anal swab species were collected from 5 pig farms with the pig'age of 2-20 weeks from August to December 2016 in Hunan Province. The total positive rate of PBoV was 64.6% (278/430),PBoV1/2 for 27.2%(117/430),PBoV3/4/5 for 45.1%(194/430) and with 7.7%(33/430) positive rate of coinfection. The mainly infection age of PBoV1/2 ranged 2-10 weeks, and PBoV3/4/5 from 8-16 weeks. The average nucleotide identity of obtained sequences and references of PBoV1/2 and PBoV3/4/5 was 85.4% and 67.2%,respectively.High prevalence and coinfection were observed in clinically healthy pigs, which may cause potential effect to the microbes in the gut.
