Expression of Ghrelin mRNA in the Ovine Oocytes During in vitro Different Culture System

Abstract: Relative real-time RT-PCR experiments confirmed that the Ghrelin mRNA levels varied depending?on the different culture systems,with the significantly high expression in the maturation base on the serum,whereas?the oocytes significantly decline without serum. The levels of Ghrelin mRNA decreased affected by FSH and LH,the?E2 showed promoting the Ghrelin mRNA both media. Dynamic changes and the persistent presence of the Ghrelin?signaling system within oocytes open up the possibility of a potential regulatory role by hormones of this novel molecule in reproductive function.
