Abstract: By using five-elements two times all-purpose gyration combination design,a study was conducted on the relationship among strong gluten wheat yield, quality level and the five agronomy measures, such as the sowing time, basical seeding, application of N-norm,P-norm,as well as K-norm,and their interactive effect. The mathematics models were set up in its yield, crude protein content, wet wheat gluten content, water absorption rate, the time of dough formation and dough steadiness and weakening grade. To realize the yield of over 7 500kg/ha and the quality level which is up to two-grade national standard of strong gluten wheat, the finest agronomy measures were:the sowing time being Oct.6-7,basical seeding being 1048000~1068000/ha,application N-norm being 294.9~308.0kg/ha,application P2O5 being 139.2~152.2kg/ha,application K2O being 180.1~200.3kg/ha.It was applied by demonstration in wheat fields of 45.9 ha in the same ecotype area, showing a significant result.
