Abstract: In this paper, the condition of sporangium production of Pseudoperonospora cubensis has been discussed.Cucumber leaf with sporangium can be preserved in low temperature and freezing condition. The optimum temperature of infection is around 20℃.Pseudoperonospora cubensis infects with 16 h/d lighting after keeping darkness and RH over 90% for 24 hours.Comparing six bioassay methods for Pseudoperonospora cubensis, the results illustrated that leaf disk with fungicide floating was better than others in sensitivity and stability aspects.
