Abstract: It was investigated that characteristics of phosphorus adsorption in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils of poplar. Results showed that phosphorus adsorption amounts in rhizosphere soil were lower than those in non-rhizosphere soil within phosphate contents tested, and when phosphate content tested was 30mg/L,the difference of phosphorus adsorption amount was the greatest between rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils and reaches-15.57mg/kg.Phosphorus adsorption data of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils fit well with one-surface Langmuir,Freudlich and Temkin equations at a very significant level of 0.01,but one-surface Langmuir equation was the best.Phosphorus adsorption parameters of rhizosphere soil in three equations-Xm,k,k1 and k2 were clearly smaller than those of non-rhizosphere soils.Simple correlation analyses showed that Xm,k,k1,and k2 were negatively correlated with contents of available-P at a very significant level of 0.01.
