Abstract: Through field cultivation experimentson corn/soybean intercropping and the corresponding single cropsfordifferent periods of shoot dry weight, crop N uptake, the rhizosphere of urease activity of the soil, crop rhizosphere soilbacteria dynamic difference. The results showed:intercropping maize nitrogen uptake, rhizosphere urease activity,rhizo2sphere bacteria, shoot dry weight, respectively than corn significantly increase 37161 %,33154 %,55176 %,27192 %. In2tercropping soybean rhizosphere urease activity, rhizosphere bacteria volume than soybean significant increase 4113 % and43108 %. Intercropping soybean nitrogen uptake, shoot dry weight of soybean than lower 11193 %,11119 %,the differ2ence was not significant. Note intercropping maize for growth.
