Abstract: With both pot and pond cultivation the experiments mentioned in this article intend to research the effect of different fertilizers ( including organic manure, N-P-K fertilizer and microelement fertilizer) application on the yield and quality of high lysine corn. The findings indicated that, on the whole, N fertilizing can increase not only the high lysine corn's yield but the content of and amino acide in the seed. But the lysine content reduced. NPK cooperating or adding microelement fertilizer not only can increase the speed of seed, the weight of 1000 seeds, the length and weight of spike, and shorten the length of bare needle, but also increase the content of protein and lysine in the seed. Only organic manure application could not come into being improduced effects in both yield and quality.
