Abstract: T his paper reported the invasive rules of R hiz octonia solani in foxtail millet and the developingrules in f ieldvalue The pathogen would invade the stem after 14 days of inoculationvalueIt show ed some high posit ivecorrelation among invasive speed of Rhiz octonia solani,the air temperature and humidity on fox tail milletvalue Thedaily average invasive speed f rom the basic part to the top of the stem was 0value56 leaves when the average tempervalueature was 24value3 value,the rainfall above 80 mm and the ralat ive humidity over 80%,which was the invasive peakperiod of Rhi zoctonia solani during the w hole grow ing seasonvalue The incidence of Rhiz octonia solani was closelyrelated to the date of plant ingvalueEarlier sow ing resulted in more serious disease than late sow ingvalue
