Abstract: Apple chlorotic leaf spot virus (ACLSV) and apple stem grooving virus (ASGV) were transmitted to Malus Xiaojinensis by in vitro micrografting. ACLSV-infected rate of M. Xiaojingensis detected by PAS-ELISA was 60.0%, and ASGV-infected rate was 73.3%. The results also indicated that virus-infected materials could be rapidly obtained by inoculated in shoots.
