Abstract: Callus of soybean leaves explant were cultured in B5 medium NaCl bearing for 0,0.4%,0.8%,1.2%,1.6%,adding 0.8 mmol/ L proline, and SOD and POD activity were determined after 24,48,72 h.The result showed that exogenous proline can increase activity of SOD and POD of soybean callus under salt stress.SOD showed marked increase in NaCl 0.8%; while POD activity was most obvious under different salt solution after 72 h.
