Identification and Biological Character Test of Wheat Common Rot Pathogen

Abstract: Biological characterist ics was tested for the w heat common rot pathogen follow ing isolat ion and identif icat ion. the result show ed that the pathogen is Bip olaris sorokiniana(Sacc. ) shoemakey. The optimal condit ion for the grow th of the pathogen is 30 e , pH 7, and w ith the media of PDA, the lethal high temperature is 60 e for 5 min. T he conidia germinate only in the water drops. The optimal condition for the g ermination is pH 7, 25 e and highest germinat ion rate take place in the so il drench among the t reatment solut ions pathogen.
