Determination of Oxygen Consumption Rate of Macrobrachium nipponense Larvae in Different Temperature

Abstract: The oxygen consumption rate and breath coefficient of Macrobrachium nipponense(De Haan)in different temperature were determined.The results showed that the oxygen consumption rate rised when the temperature rised during 24-32℃,the linear regression equation of wet weight was: y=-4.5383+0.3888x, and the linear regression equation of dry weight was: y=-13.2200+1.1875x.
