Preliminary Report on Anther Peroxidase Isozyme of the K-type Three-line in Triticum aestivnm

Abstract

Abstract: Through observation on the anther pcroxidase isozyme of the K-type cytoplasmic male-sterility line, its maintaincr (two pairs), and one restore line, it was found that their zymograms had no difference in the single-nucleus and double-nucleus phases, but during the three-nucleus phase, the zymograms showed differences and the differences were distri buted regularly.
